I love traveling, exploring places and taking pictures of street art!

I was born in Brazil but ever since I was a kid, the idea of living in one place my whole life never felt right for me. We have one world and my plan is to experience all it has to offer!


At the moment my base is in the vibrant city of Toronto, Canada. Where I spent my free time exploring places, going on long walks and documenting everything I can.


I'm pragmatically positive. No bad vibes allowed in my realm.


I get my creative juice from experiencing life. It sounds cliché, I know.

How I (usually) solve problems

Let's break it down.

Discover

One of my core design philosophies is that "talking to people can solve 80% of problems". Right from the beginning, I like to explore user needs, business goals and try to uncover insights. A deep dive into the problem at hand.

Definition

Once we're clear on the problem, mapping pain points and synthesizing the research gets easier and frames the right direction.

Ideation

This is where the fun begins. I like to generate ideas with the team with internal workshops, devs, designers & c-level (if possible). Together we sketch possibilities and listen to people. Think through different approaches to craft the best solution.

Design & prototype

Time to make some rectangles. In this phase I like to build wireframes, design visuals and build interactive prototypes to see ideas come to life.

True UX happens right here. Testing ideas with users, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and refining the designs based on REAL insights.

I'm proud to say that developers love working with me, lol. I like to collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth execution and continuously refine the product post-launch.

This is the ideal scenerio, of course. Real life is much messier. And that's good! We can only find real insights and real problems to solve when we embrace the chaos of building products for real people.
